Joe needs an assistant.

I am pleased to say that I've been so busy in Real Estate lately that I could use an assistant. In the good years (2004 - 2007), I had an assistant. Obviously, during the slow years, I didn't.

A lot of what an assistant does is the "gopher" job. In other words, go for photocopies, go for getting keys made, go for documents at the court house. It also includes things like setting up times and dates of home inspections, loan applications, and the like.

An unlicensed assistant, generally, cannot show property or prepare a contract.

For a complete list of what an assistant (aka unlicensed employee) may do and may not do, click here.

If you know someone who might be interested in this, please have them contact me.

If you'd like to send me an instant message (rather than posting a reply to this blog spot), click here.

Hope to hear from you.

Joe
