Music and Musicians:
Do they make 'em like that anymore?

Ok. This is where I'm going to lose my one or two viewers of this blog.

As a part of my Do they make 'em like that anymore? music series. I'm going to a set of pieces in other languages. I do believe that if the singing is quality and the music is as well, you can enjoy music and singing, even if it is not in a language that you understand.

I'm starting the series with music from Les Miserables sung by 17 different singers who have played the part of Jean Valjean in a variety of languages. Notice that 3 singers on this stage (Colm Wilkinson, Tommy Körberg, and Ruthie Henshall, who can be seen at 3:15) have already been featured in this blog.
