Tech Tip: Zoom In, Zoom Out

If you're viewing an internet webpage, a Word document, an Excel spreadsheet, a Powerpoint presentation, an email, a PDF, as well as many other items, you can quickly and easily "zoom in" to make the text larger and easier to read.

Simply hold down the [Ctrl] key on the keyboard, and (if your mouse has a wheel) spin the mouse wheel away from you.



Very easy. Very cool.

To zoom back out, hold down the [Ctrl] key on the keyboard, and spin the wheel towards you.
